SHIPPING INFO

• PICK UP FROM STORE
  When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can visit our physical store at Kolonaki to collect your purchase any time during our store opening hours.
• DELIVERY TO YOUR ADDRESS
  – Orders to be deliverd within Greece or Cyprus are shipped via ACS courier company.
  – Orders to be delivered worldwide are shipped via UPS.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping Costs within Greece are free of charge. For all other countries the shipping fee charges are calculated automatically, based on weight and delivery destination and will appear throughout your online ordering steps.

CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT DUTY
You will be responsible separately for customs dues and import duty (if any), which may arise on sales outside the EU. If you are a resident of a Non-EU country, before placing an order with us please check whether or not there are any local sales taxes, customs dues or import duties that may apply when importing goods into your country. You are solely responsible for clearing the goods with your local customs authorities and for paying any dues or duties, customs and local sales taxes in the country you selected for shipment.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email stating the process of your order for every step. Furthermore, you can check the status of your order in the correspodent sections in “My account” on our shop.As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email informing you about the tracking number of your order. With this number you can always track your order using the Track Shipment option on the courier’s website. Please be informed, that the tracking status of your order will be updated depending on the courier company providing their data to us.
