In the rare event that an item is proven to be inauthentic, there is a strict penalty for the owner, and you will receive a full refund.

The consumer has the right to return a product and get a full refund, within 14 days from the date of purchase, only in case it does not correspond to the description provided in the listing or if it is not authentic. In order to get a full refund, the security label LE TRESOR must be intact. For the return of a non-authentic product, a certificate of non-authenticity from a certified company (such as caroldiva.com, bababedi.com, etc.) must be provided, in order to get a full refund.
Changes are accepted within 3 working days, as long as the security label LE TRESOR has not been removed and only in some exceptional cases. You can call us for more information.

In case you request a change to an order that has already been shipped (meaning you have already received an e-mail with the tracking number) you will be charged twice the shipping costs of your order. The same applies in the event that the order is returned to our company due to your failure to receive it on time and you request to be sent to you again.
